A new and exciting role has arisen for an experienced residential block manager with at least two years experience in residential block management. This is an opportunity to join a forward thinking organisation that can offer further training and career progression.
The role will be to oversee a portfolio of residential blocks in Central London, there is a mixture of new build and traditional build blocks of varying sizes. Your overall task is to ensure that the portfolio is managed well and that it runs smoothly - this means dealing with all day to day issues and requires dealing with residents on a regular basis to resolve problems and issues. In addition you will be required to complete service charge budgets, arrange insurance cover for properties and attend sites on a regular basis.
