Our client is an established residential block management specialist. They now require a hard working and experienced residential block manager to be home based managing a portfolio of developments in the South Wales area.
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for a portfolio of developments which will consist of largely new build developments of varying sizes. You will ensure the smooth running of your portfolio through close liaison and pro-active management of residents. As well as carrying out service charge budgets and attending agm\'s you will be a point of contact for all issues relating to your portfolio.
You will be home based and will spend the majority of your time on site liaising with residents and contractors. This is a challenging and exiting role which requires previous experience of residential block management. Ideally you will be IRPM qualified and looking for your next career move with a forward thinking organisation.
