A new opportunity has arisen for a hard working and self motivated Senior Block Manager. You will be based in offices in North West London and be managing a portfolio based locally and within areas of Central London.
You will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of residential developments that range in sizes from just a couple of units to 150 units. The main focus of your role will be on the quality of service you provide to clients, you will be responsible for dealing with issues on a daily basis and liaising with residents to co-ordinate repairs with contractors. You will also be responsible for the issuing of Service Charge Budgets, section 20\'s along with ensuring all health and safety legislation is adhered to on site.
This is an exciting position within an expanding organisation looking to increase their portfolio and geographical cover over the coming 12 months, this role would suit an ambitious individual with considerable experience in residential block management, ideally you will be IRPM qualified and keen to progress your career.
