COMPANY INFORMATION:
My client is a leading automobile manufacturer who specialise in the luxury sports car sector.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:
To prepare, service and maintain my client’s for VIP and Press usage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• By means of reference to work planning sheets, engineering work sheets, work shop manuals and supervisor’s instructions.
• Carry out servicing and safety checks.
• Prepare Aston Martin’s for shows, track days and testing.
• Manufacture / sub-assembly of relevant components.
• Manually collect and check components from storage area or check in house manufactured parts where necessary.
• Assemble components and fit to vehicles, to defined process.
• Identify, by means of concerns, any improvements to, or mismatches of, parts or operations that will assist in both product &/or process quality improvements.
• Storage of controlled substances / components safely in correct locations.
• Adhere to company safety, housekeeping and discipline standards.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• The successful candidate will have completed an appropriate automotive apprenticeship (or equivalent) and have a minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
• The ability to read, interpret and work to engineering drawings / process sheets is essential.
• The candidate should posses a clean driving license.
• In addition to the above the candidate should have good communication skills and a general understanding of computers.

Candidates should be aware that they might be required to work away from base (e.g. on press launch / event) for short periods of time.
