About the Company:
The company is a British based Construction Consultancy who have been established for over 100 years and have a network of global offices. They advice clients with Cost Management, Project Management and Asset Management, and due to several projects recently being awarded they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their already successful team.
About the Role:
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be working on one of the three recently awarded projects. These projects are: 10 x 16 storey apartment mid rise towers, 60 storey luxury hotel with associated infrastructure and underground parking or 3 x 20 storey mix use towers which comprise hotels, retail and residential.
You will be responsible for all Cost Management and Contractual duties and be the clients main point of contact. You will need to be experienced with FIDIC forms of contract able to handle all contractual issues and advice the client accordingly.

Job Specification:
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for, and need to have a demonstrable background in the following: Estimating and Post Contract skills, FIDIC, Managing a team of 4 QS, Client facing role, reporting skills, MRICS.
