About the Role:
They are currently looking for a Commercial Manager to be based from their Yemen office.
The Project is located on south west of Sana’a, Yemen. The site is approximately 100 metres higher than the surrounding area and is close to Sana’a landmarks of the Grand Mosque and Presidential Palace. The site is currently occupied by the Yemeni military and access across the site is restricted. The project comprises of the following: Residential villas and apartments, a 5 star hotel with retail and commercial centers. The client is also developing a Mosque and community centre
Job Specification:
As the Commercial Manager you will be responsible for, and need to have a demonstrable background in the following: Pre and Post Contract skills, FIDIC, Cost +, Managing a team of 8 QS, Client facing, reporting skills, setting up cost reporting procedures, willing to relocate, MRICS (is a must), Value Engineering, Risk Management, Major Project experience, Mixed use experience, mainly consultancy background, tender document preparation, and Claims experience.
