Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial Manager, Highways

The position is based at their central London head office and is an exciting opportunity for an established and professional Senior QS/ Commercial Manager to drive exceptional service delivery on some of their key highways frameworks as part of a solid and inspiring team.
Working closely with and alongside senior management and the project team, the main aim will be to drive the project forward thorough the early stages and establish a structured framework to deliver a high quality service by establishing and implementing a clear strategy to meet the client’s objectives. There is the opportunity for the candidate to greatly influence business development in the highways sector and create a platform for their Cost Management ongoing career development and progression.

Skills / Experience Required:
- Demonstrable experience of delivering quantity surveying/ commercial cost management services within the highways sector at a senior level within a consultancy environment is essential
- A Degree qualification and/or MRICS recognition are preferred
- Applicants must have major project experience, not maintenance schemes
