The role is specifically for an M&E Quantity Surveyor with experience of relevant M&E works.

The M&E QS will be responsible for managing overall cost effectiveness of the building projects, from initial calculations, preparing early stage budgets & detailed cost plans, to the final costs.

The M&E QS shall deal with minimizing the costs of a project whilst still achieving the required standards in line with statutory building regulations.

The company is looking for someone who can undertake feasibility studies, advise on procurement strategy, analyze & develop response to commercial risks, tenders & financial control systems.

The ideal person will have - \" A BSc Degree in a relevant field (Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering etc) \" Pre contract and post contract experience \" 5+ years experience of M&E.
