Senior Development Surveyor Required-Permanent-Manchester One of the busier local consultancies in Manchester are looking for a Senior Development Surveyor to join their existing team This role will involve the delivery of mixed use development properties and the development or Urban generation In the North West, therefore the ideal candidate will have in depth experience in this area. The ideal candidate will be APC qualified and will have a strong consultancy background. You will also have an in-depth knowledge of writing appraisals and creating financial models. Salary is negotiable- Immediate start
