My client is looking for a Mechanical Project Engineer with Building Services experience to join their expanding team to work on a prestigious College Scheme.
The project in worth in excess of 6 Million and my client is looking for ambitious individuals to join on a permanent basis, being rewarded with an excellent basic and full package including car or car allowance.
Role and Responsibility: As a lead Mechanical Engineer your duties will include but will not be limited to -
Responsible for Mechanical services related works reporting to Project Manager
Acting as project manager in the absence of
Accountable for planning, co-ordinating and programming
Monitoring and motivating project teams and on-site personnel.
Production of sales and cost forecasts, and monitoring against targets
Tendering, assessment, negotiation and selection
