Our Client has a current vacancy for a Reporting Manager based in London for a 6 Months Contract position. The role includes producing a variety of programme and tabular reports working as part of a central planning team supporting an infrastructure and roll out programme. Summary of duties: Production of (strategic) programme-level programme and tabular reports (including progress narratives) on a fortnightly basis Planning interface with Commercial Team for the production of cash flow forecasts Attendance at fortnightly Tactical Roll-Out Meetings including production and distribution of meeting minutes Attendance at fortnightly Strategic Roll-Out Meetings (alternate weeks to TRoM meetings) including production and distribution of meeting minutes Management of reporting filing and filing structure; ensure that Regional Planners adhere to storage policies Production of ad-hoc report output in response to requests from the Managing Agent team Responding to ad-hoc queries regarding project details, status and current progress Competences Excellent communication skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft products particularly Excel and Word, including the manipulation of data and transfer between applications in order to compile output. Good working knowledge of Primavera 6.2; ability to manipulate data in Primavera P6 including a good working knowledge of layout production, filters and the import/export of programme data using xer and Excel files. Ability to create and use Primavera 6.2 reports. Accurate, with a good attention to detail, including the ability to question and identify incorrect information. Ability to work under pressure with delivery to deadlines. Ability to work as part of a team, but also alone with minimal supervision. Experience Experience of working as part of a team, ideally on construction related projects. At least 3 to 8 years relevant project experience in a planning/project controls environment. Qualifications Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business applied sciences or equivalent, or HND. British National and agreement to apply for Security Clearance – continuation in the role is subject to SC level being achieved, although work may commence on completion of basic checks.
