Contracts Manager - Responsive Repairs / Reactive Maintenance, social housing

We are looking for 2 Contract Managers to cover reactive maintenance contracts in North London. The vacancies are with our client, a major maintenance contractor providing services to a social landlord.

The successful candidate must have experience of working in occupied domestic properties. You will be responsible for teams covering several thousand properties, and will supervise Repairs Managers, Supervisors, DLO Operatives and Subcontractors. You will also control the commercial aspects of the contract, the administrative team, the surveying team and any other aspects of the business which require attention.

The position offers a salary from £40,000 to £50,000 per annum, plus a vehicle or allowance.
