A project, design and construction management consultancy is looking to recruit an intermediate level CDM Co-ordinator for their office in Manchester. The successful candidate will work throughout North West and will be required to travel to various sites; home working will also be an option with the use of a company laptop.
The position will be working closely with a good variety of clients in both the private and public sector, projects range from £500k up to £200m.
QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
\" A minimum of 2 years practical experience providing planning supervision/CDMC within the construction industry
\" Have a thorough working knowledge of CDM 2007 regulations
\" Come from a construction background and hold a relevant technical qualification
\" Understanding of the design process
\" Membership of the APS - preferably having full CDM-C membership not PS
\" Relevant health and safety qualification such as NEBOSH Construction Certificate
\" IOSH membership preferred
