Turner Lovell is currently recruiting mechanical commissioning engineers.
We are currently working with a client who has numerous positions available in North Africa, Switzerland and Holland, for mechanical commissioning engineers.
The project we are working on is an upgrade project and the plants will be upgraded from analogue to digital signals (DCS).
It is a contract role initially for 6 months with a view to extend further. The client would also consider permanent candidates for the roles. The client has specified that the candidate has must have worked on either Gas Turbines power plants.
The candidate:
The candidate will have a minimum 5 years or more experience within power plants on a global scale. Previous experience in doing similar mechanical commissioning will be advantageous. A mechanical or engineering degree is required but candidates with relevant experience will still be considered. Candidates must be an EU citizen.
Key Criteria required:
Mechanical Engineering Degree
Experience in working on Gas Turbines
At least 3 Years Experience
MUST HAVE WORKED ON GT26B2.2, or GT24 or GT26
- Fluent in English
- French would be an advantage
- willing to work extensive hours (10hrs day for a 6month period)
