A leading Construction Consultancy has several vacancies for Quantity Surveyors/Commercial Manager from Assistant to Associate Level to work on Nuclear projects in Aldermaston
General Essential Criteria:
- Ideally security cleared (BC, SC or DV) and/or a British National (see security notes below*)
- Major Civil Engineering work and/or industrial/sheds experience (must have general Building Fabric and associated M&E/HVAC experience to be considered)
- QS/Commercial management background, ideally with a consultancy
- Experience of NEC contracts
- Within a maximum of one hour of Aldermaston - we are looking for local staff
We will consider either contract or permanent staff for these roles, but ideally on a contract to perm basis based on final \'approval\' from the client.
Salaries for each position with be in line with the company salary structure and will be competitive.
Security Notes: * All posts based at Aldermaston site are \'Reserved\' and therefore all employees are required to be British and will be required to undergo security clearance. Depending on the specific role, you will also need to have resided in the UK or \'UK soil\' (BFPO or major UK company employed abroad) for the previous 5 or 10 years. The MoD rules state that in order to have access to this level of information, candidates \"must be British as defined in the British Nationality Act 1981\".
