Due expansion of their Design Team, a leading provider of building services through the UK and Ireland requires a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to be based in their modern offices in the heart of London.
The candidate will be responsible for providing technical services encompassing feasibility studies, designing, specification, project management and commissioning, and final account to meet all
requirements of the client and the aspirations of the practice.
To apply for the position the candidate should meet most of the following criteria:
Educated to a minimum ONC level in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
Have considerable mechanical building services experience
Consultancy based experience proffered
Knowledge of Terms of Agreement and Contract Documentation
Ability to produce detailed drawings
Knowledge of job costing
Ability to use computers
Understand and operate ISO9001 & 14001 process
In return for the above the candidate can expect a highly competitive basic salary to £45k plus benefits.
