Role Description
As a Site Agent you will be required to deliver various rail/civil engineering projects in the Western region. You will be required to;
-successfully lead and manage a workforce
-manage Sub Contractors
-liaise with clients over planning and potential issues with the projects
-provide technical civil advice to staff on site
-produce site paperwork efficiently
-deliver projects from start to finish
The types of projects could include bridge refurbishments and reconstruction, drainage, piling, structures, multi-discipline rail/civil engineering projects and embankment stabilisation.
Required Experience
Successful candidates will have a proven background of working on heavy civil engineering projects, rail experience and a civil engineering qualification. You will also hold a UK driving licence and be looking to move into a permanent role.
