BUILDING SURVEYOR TO WORK ON DECENT HOMES CONTRACT IN THE WEST MIDLANDS £14.50 per hour. Our client, a main contractor specialising in delivering Decent Homes schemes across the West Midlands requires someone on a temporary basis in the role of Building Surveyor. You will be required to visit both occupied and void council properties to determine what works need to be carried out and you will then report on the scope of works. To apply for this position it is essential that you have a P403 Asbestos qualification. The ideal candidate would be a Building Surveyor or a Site Manager with this qualification.
