MAIN CONTRACTOR - WEST MIDLANDS - SITE MANAGER UP TO £42K + CAR OR ALLOWANCE + EXCELLENT BENEFITS PACKAGE Our client is well established and reputable contractor delivering Education, Health, Leisure and Retail schemes across the Midlands. An opportunity has arisen for a SITE MANAGER to work on a New Build School project. You will monitor the program to ensure deadlines are met, monitor quality and health and safety on site, chair meetings with subcontractors and liaise with architects and engineers and prepare site reports. To apply for this position you must have experience of working on school projects with an average value of £8-10m. You must have a current CSCS card, First Aid certificate and the 5 day CITB SMSTS certificate and have experience in a supervisory role on site.
