QUANTITY SURVEYOR - PROJECT BASED - LEICESTER Up to £45k + package Our client is a well established and reputable main contractor that has been operating for more than 70 years. They have several arms to the business and due to continued growth an opportunity has arisen for an experienced and well versed Quantity Surveyor to join the Social Housing Division. The social/affordable homes side of the business works with housing association and local authority clients to build social & affordable housing to the highest quality, on time and within budget. It continues to apply its expertise to many brownfield and regeneration schemes in the social housing market. The role: - You will be based on site in Leicester on developments up to 50 units. - You will be responsible for all Commercial aspects of the scheme from negotiating with subcontractors, preparing cost valuation reports, variations to account, measurements, the paying of invoices of final accounts and the settlement of final accounts.
