We have an immediate vacancy for a Senior Project Manager to work for one of the world\'s most accomplished construction consultancy firms based in central London
They are currently delivering some of the most inspiring construction projects and programmes around the world.
The jobholder will be expected to take on some responsibility for motivation, guidance and mentoring of graduates and trainees. Additionally, they may be required to participate, from time to time, in various business related initiatives undertaken by the firm.
This is a client facing role and demonstrable skills in maintaining and developing both internal and external relationships are required.
The jobholder will be expected to convey a positive attitude whilst maintaining the highest standards in undertaking their work and acting with integrity and professionalism at all times.
Candidates must have at least 5 years experience working as a consultant Project Manager ideally from a construction consultancy with experience in delivering a variety of building projects in excess of £20m both in the public and private sectors
A construction related degree is required along with a formal professional qualification MCIOB, MICE, MRICS, MAPM, RIBA or equivalent
A full UK’s driving licence is also required as there will be immediate travel requirements
