We have a vacancy for a Project Manager to work for a unique Construction firm that operates within the flood defence sector. They offer a one-stop shop service to their clients in protecting their properties from flood damage.
They are able to work with any building however the majority of work is within the Utilities sector protecting substations around the UK from flood damage.
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Background and qualification in construction
- Project Management experience
- Risk assessment experience
- Utilities experience
- Ideally have substation authorisation either 32kv or 132kv
The successful candidate will be a self-starter as you will be expected to work from home and manager your own diary attending site meetings and client meetings throughout the UK.
You will also be expected to work some weekends as the projects are delivered over a fast-track 12 week basis, you will be granted extra days leave to accommodate this.
There is a lot of potential for career progression as this is a fairly new sector and the demand for the service is growing rapidly.
