There is an urgent need for an Intermediate level Project Manager to work for a leading Construction Consultancy on a large Retail project in South West London. This is an immediate start and initially a contract position however the successful candidate may progress onto other accounts in different sectors and ideally transfer to a permanent position if they excel.
Candidates will be degree qualified and ideally professionally qualified (MAPM, MRICS) with a minimum of 5 years’ experience. Candidates will also need at least three years exposure to the retail environment. We are not looking for the 'old format shop fitting come site manager' retail PMs but more highly qualified PMs that can join the retail team.
