An experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to work as part of a team on a major Highways project Scheme on the M25
My Client is a major player within the Construction and Civil Engineering Industry and is still thriving in these tough economic conditions.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have primary focus on:
*Providing accurate cost estimates and supporting technical information,
*Prepare enquiry schedules and liaise with the Buying Department for the selection of appropriate companies,
* Produce Bills of Quantities from plans and specifications,
*Attend tender settlement meetings
*Produce contractor\\\'s proposal Documentation.
The suitable Senior Quantity Surveyor will have experience within the Civil Engineering Sector on major Highways projects.
Requirements
Alongside the experience as stated above, the suitable Senior Quantity Surveyor will have the relevant Civil Engineering qualifications to support their experience be a HNC, HND or related degree.
