A leading build contractor in Newcastle seeks to recruit a Senior Estimator to manage the tender process on commercial and public sector projects in the c£1-20m bracket.
The role will include appraising tender documents, preparing sub-contract and material enquiries, risk and value management, preperation of budget and cost plans and may include client presentation of documents to senior management.
Ideally you will come from a similar build background and be used to working on high value projects in conjunction with design and bid team as required.
