A Chartered (HVAC) biased, hands on Team Leader with business development skills is required for this well-established multi-disciplinary engineering practice based in Berkshire.
Due to their loyal client base and presence in the region for over 25 years; you will get involved in a range of medium sized retail, education, healthcare, industrial, custodial and commercial projects that range from £1 - 5 million (project value.) This interesting blend of new build, refurbishment and upgrade projects and will ensure you utilise all of your design, sustainability and management skills to their full potential.
Duties:
*Reviewing and approving all HVAC / PH Designs to ensure QA standards are always maintained
*Assisting Directors / Associate Directors produce accurate and realistic reflections monthly forecasts
*Ensuring project briefs are met in all respects and incorporate the most appropriate mixture of Renewable / Low Energy technologies
*Securing repeat business as indicator of client satisfaction/loyalty.
*Allocating sufficient time to training/coaching team members
*Monitoring work standards and targets regularly and takes suitable action with individuals.
*Willingly attend marketing or trade events
*Maintains an effective balance between own project and management responsibilities
This role offers the opportunity to progress to a Team Leader / Head of Building Services role in the short term. Individuals must be Chartered, have a broad range of sector experience and be able to offer expert advice on all aspects of MEP and Sustainability services. Low Carbon / Low Carbon Energy Assessor accreditation would be advantageous.
