Have you worked as a lead Technical Manager/ Advisor on new build social housing schemes?
Do you have a thorough knowledge of the following forms of contract: design & build, PPC and JCT?
A leading social housing provider has identified the need for an experienced Technical Manager to work on new build social housing schemes in the South East.
This role will entail the successful candidate leading the Technical department whilst liaising and building strong working relationships with external consultants, Architects and local authorities. Ideally you’ll have worked for a medium to large main contractor in the new build social housing sector, on schemes up to the value of £25million. You’ll have a strong technical background with the ability to manage and advise on the design development from working drawing stages. You need to be able to work independently and as part of the team to produce within deadlines to ensure that construction is not delayed.
