We have been asked to identify a candidate for a partnering contractor in London. They specialise in the social housing new build and property services markets. They have strong growth plans for the next 5 years in the public sector markets of which they are well respected in.

You’ll be working closely with the estimating & business development teams, producing strong, original, winning bids from the technical information they give you and detailed PQQ responses.

You’ll need to have a flare for presentation and be able to produce documents that will intrigue, inform, win confidence and new business in an ever more competitive market.

Duties

·         Bid writing using technical and descriptive text

·         Have an ability to work to pressured deadlines

·         Be able to take technical information and adapt into a creative format

·         Have the ability to work on your own initiative – understanding the needs and wants of the client and having the ability to show this in your writing
