An opportunity has arisen to join this leading social housing provider to work as the lead in all aspects of energy and environmental strategy.
You will be expected to devise and lead on all health and safety issues, energy and environmental issues and to also be able to develop and then maintain and regularly review the strategy on how emergency issues are dealt with for the housing and commercial assets for this company.
It is essential that you are a Qualified Member of a professional technical body such as RIBA/RIBA and also a Member of the Institute of Energy. Our client is looking for established candidates with ideally ten years experience in the project management of major works repairs or improvements in either public and/or private sector as you must be able to work at a strategic level, dealing with the policy and asset management plans.
As the lead on all energy issues you will brought in to deliver energy savings across the housing portfolio and will be responsible for the annual energy budget in order to promote energy saving across all of the asset portfolio and savings within the housing stock.
