Industrial Gas qualified Engineers with a good knowledge of HVAC M&E maintenance with required for a contract with a National retail Chain
Need strong mechanical background for planned and reactive maintenance covering gas boilers and HVAC maintenance
To safely and efficiently install, maintain and repair plant and equipment.
To carry out diagnostic and fault finding to plant and equipment.
To carry out routine servicing and commissioning to plant and equipment.
To maintain plant, PPM, personal and vehicle records in accordance with
company operating procedures.
To identify areas for additional works within and out of the specified
contractual requirements and report these promptly to the Portfolio Supervisor with estimated material costs and labour requirements.
Educated to a minimum of City and Guilds (or equivalent) but should preferably have an HNC (or equivalent).
Should have served time as an apprenticeship or followed a recognised formal training programme and have experience in a related industry environment.
Full driving licence
Able to cope under pressure.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Excellent customer facing and communication skills
Skills /Experience :
Combustion engineers will require:
Either :Core CCN1 up to 70Kw (domestic) with Commercial Changeover (CODNC01) for over 70 Kw appliances
Or Core COCN1 Commercial over 70 Kw
The core qualification need to be in date regardless of the appliances modules being in date, without a valid core these will become invalid
