Property Manager

Property Manager/Block Manager is sought by our client in East Sussex region to manage a portfolio of circa 800 residential units and apartments.

Due to continued growth our client has a new requirement for a Property Manager. The client is a reputable managing agent who are focused on delivering exceptional levels of service to a broad client base throughout the South East region. Their portfolio consists of new builds as well as traditional and converted blocks of flats. Recent increases in the size of the portfolio has led to this new requirement.

You will be joining a small yet professional team of Property Managers where you will be responsible for the managing your own portfolio ensuring the highest levels of service. You will be frequently visiting sites, arranging for contractors to carry out works, carrying out budgets and forecasts, attending AGM\'s and dealing with leaseholders in order to resolve a range of issues.

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager with Block Management experience, you should be a good problem solver with excellent customer service skills. You should be professional and an excellent communicator. The successful person can expect an excellent salary, car and opportunities to progress.
