We are looking for an experienced residential block manager who will be home based managing a portfolio of residential developments in North West England.
Our client is a highly respected managing agent focused on providing high levels of service to leaseholders. Properties under management range from small converted blocks of flats to large new build developments with some elements of commercial properties.
You will be responsible for the day to day management of a portfolio of circa 1000 residential units, you will be required to visit sites on a regular basis, appoint and oversee contractors, attend AGM\'s, carry out service charge budgets, deal with insurance queries, dealing with health and safety as well as asbestos issues.
The successful person will be self motivated, professional and have a pro-active approach to property management. We are ideally looking for an IRPM qualified candidate but certainly someone with experience managing residential blocks of flats.
