Associate level Quantity Surveyor

This lean and successful consultancy is a business that senior and top end candidates aspire to join, as they are a very adult outfit with a professional yet relaxed culture and a flat structure.

They are experiencing an upturn in workload and require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their central London team.

They have a number of high end, high profile, bespoke city and west end commercial schemes, and they are also working on 2 multi million pound central London residential conversions for prominent middle eastern individuals. Additionally they have recently picked up two further gallery projects, a £200 million office scheme and a designer retail project on Bond Street.

Ideal Quantity Surveying candidates will have drive, gravitas, charisma, and a minimum of 3-5 years post qualification (MRICS/MAPM) experience. You must be used to dealing and collaborating with high end clients and be capable of running our own projects without needing to report in to Partner/ Director level.
