An excellent opportunity has arisen with a busy, small-medium sized Construction and Property Private Practice in North Manchester for a qualified Building Surveyor.
The company has a multi-disciple approach and includes services such as QS’ing, Project Management and Building Surveying and they operate across a wide variety of sectors including; building, infrastructure/civil engineering and utilities.
The role will be working for a number of blue chip commercial and utility companies managing a variety of building assets. Both project and professional work will be undertaken.
Candidate must have the following:
- Minimum of BSc degree in Building Surveying
- Commercial building experience (candidates with only housing experience will not be considered)
- Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience
- Full UK driving licence, as you will be require to drive to various sites
