As part of our Clients continued planned growth, they are looking to appoint a CDM Coordinator based out of their Birmingham office.
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will take on day to day responsibility for the role of CDM-C on construction projects valued between £30K and £1 million.
Experience & Skills
You will be a commercially aware, self motivated, dynamic individual comfortable working with minimal supervision. You’ll have a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience gained within the construction industry. It’s essential that candidates have small CDM-C project experience, whilst complex CDM-C experience is desirable.
You will have excellent communication skills, developed in a client/consultant facing environment.
Qualifications & Professional studies
- Candidates should possess APS or MAPS professional qualifications
- NEBOSH construction certificate is essential
- Technical IOSH membership is desirable
