They currently need a senior claims and delay analyst consultant from a Planning Background to join their Legal Services Team in Birmingham. You will need to be experienced in dealing with:
- Contractors and Sub-Contractors
- Claims preparation
- Critical Path and Delay Analysis techniques
- Adjudication
- Arbitration
- Forensic Planning and in-depth investigation
- Conversant with Primavera or Asta Power Project
You will need to have experience working in the following sectors:
- M&E
- Build
- Civil Engineering
- Nuclear
- Oil and Gas
- Petrochemical
Strengths will include pre-dispute experience, delay analysis and preparation of claims for Expert Witness.
