Commercial Manager – Qatar
About the Company:
This is an opportunity to work for an international multi-disciplinary firm of chartered Surveyors and Project Managers. They have been established for nearly 50 years, and have offices across Europe, the Middle East, and the Far East and have built a solid reputation for excellence.
About the Role:
They are currently looking for a Commercial Manager from a Main Contractor background, to be based, from their Qatari office. The project is a luxury resort, and consists of multi-use development, including a hotel, retail, residential, and commercial tower. They are now looking for a Commercial Manager with strong contractual (FIDIC) knowledge to lead the team and deliver the project to completion. You will need to be able to handle all commercial aspects including claims.
Job Specification:
As the Commercial Manager you will be responsible for, and need to have a demonstrable background in the following: Estimating and Post Contract skills, FIDIC, Managing a team of 4 QS, Client facing role, reporting skills, willing to relocate, MRICS.
