Delay Analyst – Forensic Planner – London

This is a major national construction cost consultancy who is one of the market leaders in almost every service and market sector.  They currently need a senior claims and delay analyst consultant from a Planning Background to join their Legal Services Team in London. You will need to be experienced in dealing with:

  • Contractors and Sub-Contractors
  • Claims preparation
  • Critical Path and Delay Analysis techniques
  • Adjudication
  • Arbitration
  • Forensic Planning and in-depth investigation
  • Conversant with Primavera or Asta Power Project

You will need to have experience working in the following sectors:

  • Building projects
  • M&E
  • Build
  • Civil Engineering
  • Nuclear
  • Oil and Gas
  • Petrochemical

Strengths will include pre-dispute experience, delay analysis and preparation of claims for Expert Witness.
