We are looking for a Design Manager to undertake pre and post contract duties on substantial new-build projects valued from £5mill to £30mill across the education, healthcare and commercial sectors.
Our client is a successful, regionally based main contractor so the ideal candidate is likely to come from a major-projects, main contracting background and be familiar with the resolution of design issues on schemes including; halls of residence, libraries, hospitals and commercial premises.
This new appointment will see the successful candidate join an existing team of five in a predominately office-based role which may also require extended periods on any of the projects to which they are assigned so applications are only sought from people living within easy commuting distance of Stowmarket.
