Forensic Planner / Delay Analysis - Claims & Adjudication experience

 

 

Job Details:

 

This company is a National multi-disciplinary consultancy who provides contract and commercial management services.   They help their clients with the management of their financial and commercial interests on a diverse range of projects within the public and private sectors, that include infrastructure, energy, transportation, water supply and private construction and engineering projects.  They are now looking for a Forensic Planner / Delay Analysis to join the team in London and work on a wide variety of different construction projects.

As the Delay Analysis / Forensic Planner you will be working in the growing claims team, and working on a range of projects.  You will need to be able to work with minimal supervision and have experience of:

 

  • Ten years plus planning experience, at least five years Forensic Planning experience
  • Must be Degree qualified or hold equivalent relevant industry recognised qualifications
  • Excellent communicator externally and internally
  • Strong written and technical skills to work directly for client
  • Solid understanding of all stages of the construction process
  • Good knowledge of Delay and Disruption Analysis
  • Ability to use some or all of MS Project, Primavera 3.1 and 6, Asta Powerproject (ver 11.0), Teamplan, Easyplan and Navisworks.
  • Member or Fellow of the following organisations: CIOB, ICE, RICS.
  • Contentious and Non-contentious experience
  • Ability to travel throughout UK, some international travel may be required

  • Problem solving / co-ordination
  • Team management / mentoring
  • Risk Analysis of programmes
  • Reporting to clients
  • Client liaison
