As a multi-disciplinary group, they offer the full range of services demanded by clients in the property and construction industry, ranging from strategy advice to building audits and surveys.
Our Client is looking to recruit a MRICS qualified Building Surveyor to carry out professional work in and around the South East and Greater London.
The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified and will have worked for a private practice carrying our similar work, be self-motivated and ambitious and have well rounded building surveying skills.
Essential criteria
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a similar RICS accredited course
- Chartered member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
- A minimum of four years’ experience with a minimum of one year PQE
- Professional services experience with particular emphasis on Contract Administration, Specification Writing and Defects Diagnosis
- Private Practice or Consultancy exposure
