MRICS / Degree Retail Cost Manager
Our client is a specialist consultancy practice offering Construction, Project and Cost Management services across the built environment in the UK.
Their core sector is retail and they are currently working on a large number of projects in this sector, predominantly blue chip food retail.
As a result, they are currently looking for a range of Cost Management professionals ranging from Midl Level Cost Manager/QSs through to Senior Associate level candidates.
Requirements:
Consultancy/PQS Background
Degree in Quantity Surveying / similar
MRICS preferred
Considerable amount of post graduation experience
Retail Sector Experience, plus some commercial, leisure etc
High Client facing skills
Excellent range of pre/post contract skills
Able to travel around London / South East essential plus commitment to work in South East HQ as well as various client offices
Dynamic and enthusiastic
Excellent Communication Skills
Permanent Employment Background preferred, not freelance
