Our client is a well established Main Contractor operating in the South East of England. From their offices in Surrey they undertake new build, refurbishment as well as D&B projects. The majority of their work is in the Education, Health, Commercial and Residential sectors.
The company have an enviable reputation in the industry and ambitious plans for 2010. Moving forward the need has arisen to strengthen their planning team and they are currently looking to recruit a Planner on a temporary basis.
The contract will be on an ongoing basis and involve the collation and preparation of tender submissions prior to their presentation to the client. Previous experience in Planning is essential preferably from a recognised Main Contractor. Knowledge of construction planning, programming, logistic plans, tender submissions, design and project method statements will all be necessary.
This is an immediate start for the right individual and is a good opportunity to secure a contract for the beginning of 2010.
