Project Architect - Site based, London

An international practice based in the UK is looking to appoint a Project architect to work on a high profile, high rise, commercial office project. 

The scheme is 18 storey, 1/2 million Sq ft design and build contract with a completion date in 2013 for a distinguished client. The position is site based, and will be interfacing and working alongside the main contractor throughout the lifecycle of the project. You will be the principle Project Architect on site, in a team of 3. 

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong track record to deliver similar high profile commercial office projects. You will possess an all rounded technical knowledge of methods of construction and packages such as cladding, steel frame structures, fit out, brickworks etc. In the position you will carry out quality inspections, and producing quality reports, attending design meetings, and produce CAD sketches, therefore it is essential that you are AutoCAD proficient.
