Project Leader - Main Contractor - London 

A principle main contractor is looking to appoint a Project Leader to oversee the construction management and delivery of a mixed use, predominantly residential regeneration scheme. 

Working and managing the delivery team you will have the opportunity to work on a high specification project up to £200m in build value. You will be responsible for project planning and procurement, logistics management, demonstrate bid leadership, design management and management of Client/stakeholder interfaces on this highly rewarding D&B project.

You will be able to demonstrate experience working on a D&B projects for a main contractor and managing a project of this nature from inception through to completion. A strong understanding of working on residential development schemes and management of developer client would be essential.
