Opportunities have arisen within our world renowned London contractor/ developer client who seek two high calibre Project Managers (x1 Facade/Envelope/cladding and x1 Architectural/Finishes) with strong managerial skills. Both roles will be split between office and site.
The successful candidates will:
- Have responsibility for the management (procurement, implementation and close-out of packages).
- Be appropriately qualified with core commercial experience.
- Have quality, proven experience in construction, design and management of Architectural works within fast track construction and complex buildings environments dealing with world class Architects, Engineers and other professionals.
- Possess excellent negotiation skills while fully commercially and contractually aware.
- Benefit from an excellent package.
Specifically, the Envelope PM role requires someone with good knowledge of cladding techniques in terms of glass and steel.
The Architectural PM role will involve developing challenging details and features in collaboration with the Trade Contractors and also will include value engineering. In addition there will be an amount of ‘back of house’ work in terms of finishes of blockwork, drylining and ironmongery.
The successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the requirements above and preferably have high rise tower project experience. You will need to demonstrate excellent Project Management skills and experience in managing packages and coordination with Design Managers and Construction Managers.
