Sumary of duties
To deliver in all aspects of quantity surveying from inception of a project through completion.
To achieve the highest standards of professional competence and to demonstrate this ability in all dealings with clients and professional contacts, reinforcing the profile of the firm.
To be aware of marketing opportunities and where recognised bring to the attention of Associates, Partners and the Business Development Department, in order that they may follow up potential leads enabling the development of new business.
To maintain good relationships with clients, take every opportunity to uphold and increase the profile of the firm as a provider of professional, premium quality services to the construction industry.
To provide risk, value and procurement advice in a sector specialism environment.
Assist in coaching and appraising of junior members of staff. To act as a supervisor for current graduates and work with them to achieving competences for the APC.
Experience and Qualifications
A minimum requirement of 3 years chartered status or up to 5 years relevant cost management experience. However, we will look at candidates with less experience provided this experience to date is sufficiently relevant.
