The Position/ Projects:
Senior Quantity Surveyors required for 3 major high rise projects in the Doha Financial and Business districts. Also a world classluxury resort consisting of multi-use developments including villas, hotels, equestrian centres, casinos, golf courses, retail, landscape & waterscape, and associated infrastructure.
Qualifications:
Should have a BSc degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized university. Degree in other related fields such as Engineering/Architecture with Quantity Surveying experience are not considered as qualification for this post.
Experience:
Shall have minimum 9 years demonstrable experience in all facets of the Quantity Surveying profession all of which shall have been applicable to the capacity of a professional Quantity Surveyor working in a professional Consultancy practice.
Extensive knowledge and experience in procurement methods for consultancy and construction contracts as well as international contracting conditions and laws.
Preferably have minimum 3 years experience in the gulf region.
