About Quantity Surveyor Role
This multi disciplinary construction consultancy has 40 years experience of offering Cost Management, Project Management, and Construction Management services across a broad range of sectors. Their successful London retail team is now looking for a MRICS Quantity Surveyor who is able to run and manage commercial projects.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will need previous experience of new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects. You will need to be chartered by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, be commercially aware, and client facing. You will be experienced in both pre and post contract duties, and will be able to work on most packages with minimal supervision.

Skills Needed:
Circa 10 years total experience
Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor
BSc in Quantity Surveying or related subject
Retail experience
Consultancy background with ‘building’ project experience
Salary and Benefits:
Circa £40,000 - £45,000
Pension at 6% contribution
