Intermediate-Senior Quantity Surveyor-consultancy only
A rare opportunity has arisen to join a London based boutique consultancy. This position will suit an Intermediate-Senior Quantity Surveyor who is experienced working within a major PQS environment.
Due to their unique approach and lean structure they are in a strong position and have continued to expand throughout the recession. Having recently been awarded a number of high profile projects within the commercial fit out, private housing and leisure sectors they are looking for high calibre individuals to join their successful London team.
In order to be considered you must;
Have worked in a PQS environment, candidates without this experience will not be considered.
Be a current member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
Have worked on high profile London developments valued in excess of £30 million.
Have acted as the professional Quantity Surveyor in at least one of the following sector,
· Private residential
· Leisure-Museum /gallery projects
· Commercial fit out.
Understanding and experience of Project Management is preferred but not essential.
